The structure follows sensified’s privacy framework and is adapted for sensified.ai. sensified.de

  • Website usage: server logs, IP address, time stamps, referrer, pages viewed, browser/device data.
  • Contact & leads: name, company, email, phone, message content.
  • Bookings & support: appointment data, topics, preferences.
  • AI phone agent demo (optional): caller ID, call metadata, intent, summary; recordings only if you consent.
  • Avatar projects (optional): script content, reference footage, voice data if you request voice cloning, usage rights metadata.
  • Provide website and security: log processing to ensure availability and security, Art. 6(1)(f).
  • Handle inquiries and contracts: respond to requests, prepare and perform contracts, Art. 6(1)(b).
  • Bookings, demos, events: processing based on performance of a contract or consent where needed, Art. 6(1)(b)/(a).
  • Compliance: retention for tax or commercial law, Art. 6(1)(c).
  • Marketing with consent: email updates or downloads if you opted in, Art. 6(1)(a).
  • Legitimate interests: basic analytics without profiles, spam prevention, fraud prevention, Art. 6(1)(f).

We work with providers for hosting, email, telephony, analytics, file storage, project tools and (optionally) embedded services. Examples that may appear on sensified websites: Google Maps, Calendly, Facebook embeds. We only enable them with your consent where required. sensified.de

If providers process data outside the EU/EEA, we use safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses and additional measures. Details on request.

  • Inquiries and booking records: usually 6–24 months, or longer if needed to handle your request or contractual duties.
  • Contract and billing data: statutory retention, typically 6–10 years.
  • AI agent demo data: by default 30–90 days unless a project requires longer and you agree.
  • Avatar source data: retained per contract and license terms.

If you test our phone agent, we process call metadata and intent to route and respond. Call recording is disabled by default and enabled only with explicit consent, with a spoken notice. Summaries may be emailed to you or to a designated recipient you provide.

For avatar production we process scripts and visual/audio material you provide. Voice cloning is optional and requires your consent. Usage rights, storage location and deletion timelines are defined in the project agreement.

We use privacy-friendly defaults. If we deploy analytics, maps, calendar or social embeds, we request cookie/consent where legally required and provide opt-out options. The consent banner explains choices and their effects. sensified.de pages demonstrate such embed patterns. sensified.de

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (Arts. 15–21 GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

We apply role-based access, the principle of least privilege, logging and review points. Automotive-grade security (TISAX), beyond common market practice; assessment level, label and scope are available on request.
